Daily Shift Personal-Use Licence
This licence accompanies each Daily Shift Listening Pass and Personal-Use Download. It gives one purchaser simple permission to enjoy the music privately while protecting the work from copying, sharing and unlicensed commercial use.
Buying access does not transfer ownership of the recording, composition, lyrics, artwork or Ultimate Mind Music brand.

What you may do
- Listen privately for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Use your private access link on your own personal devices without sharing it with another person.
- For a Personal-Use Download, save the delivered MP3 on your own devices and make a reasonable personal backup.
What is not included
- Sharing, forwarding, uploading, redistributing, reselling or sublicensing the recording or access link.
- Playing the music for a class, group, event, retreat, workplace, business, client session or public audience.
- Using the music in a video, podcast, advertisement, app, course, livestream, broadcast, social post or other media.
- Editing, sampling, remixing, extracting parts, creating derivatives, training an AI system or registering the work in Content ID or another rights-claiming system.
- Claiming authorship, copyright ownership, exclusivity or endorsement by Ultimate Mind Music.
Listening Pass
A Listening Pass provides one private 48-hour streaming window. The window starts the first time the purchaser starts the full private audio and must be activated within 30 days after purchase.
Playback may be paused, but the 48-hour clock continues. A pass does not include a download and may not be shared.
Personal-Use Download
A download purchase provides a high-quality MP3 to keep for the uses allowed above. Once downloaded, the music file does not expire. The secure delivery link remains available for 30 days after purchase; that 30-day period limits only the time to retrieve the file, not how long the purchaser may keep or listen to the downloaded copy.
Loss of a personal copy after the delivery period does not automatically require permanent redelivery, although we may help where reasonably possible.
Commercial, group and event use
A separate written licence is required for a class, event, retreat, workplace, client session, business, app, course, media or any revenue-generating use. Request the appropriate licence before using the music.
Ending the licence
The licence ends if its terms are materially breached. When that happens, access may be revoked and unauthorized copies must be deleted, without limiting rights or remedies available under applicable law.
This licence is governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where the purchaser lives.
